What file formats do you accept for RFQ drawings?
We accept native STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, and Fusion 360 files. PDF drawings with GD&T callouts are also welcome. Confidential files can be transferred via our secure NDA portal upon request.
Do you manufacture prototypes or only production runs?
Both. Our low-volume cell handles prototype quantities from 1 to 50 units with rapid turnaround. Production runs scale into thousands with dedicated capacity and validated process parameters.
Which materials and certifications do you support?
We machine aluminum, titanium, Inconel, stainless steels, engineering plastics, and copper alloys. Our quality system is AS9100D certified, and we support ITAR, DFARS, and customer-specific flow-down requirements.
